Thank you, BDN, for the endorsement of Kamala Harris by the editorial board. You made some very good points, and I hope your endorsement will make a difference here in Maine. I applaud your courage in the face of what I think is attempted intimidation by Donald Trump who seems to have scared off the Washington Post and Los Angeles Times.
It’s a sorry statement when the press can be intimidated and I fear it’s a look at what is to come if Trump is elected. I beseech my fellow voters in Maine to choose a different direction for our nation and vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz. Let us join together in voting for freedom from that kind of fear that represses free speech.
