I’m voting for Donald Trump for president for one main reason: He gets good results for us. Kamala Harris has been in office nearly four years and I believe we are all worse off than we were with Trump.
Harris was supposed to control illegal immigration, and millions of migrants have crossed our border, including possible terrorists, drug dealers, fentanyl providers and sex traffickers. She previously supported defunding police. She supported involvement in two new foreign wars with no end in sight.
Because of Harris/Biden, you’re almost certainly worse off financially than you were four years ago. Inflation went over 9 percent at one point, and is about 19 percent for her three-plus years as vice president. Due in part to illegal immigration, a housing crunch has raised rents around 20 percent and house prices have doubled in some areas. Gas is up over 35 percent. Car insurance is up 56 percent. Eggs are up 70 percent.
Harris’ choice of self-proclaimed “knucklehead” Tim Walz as running mate is evidence to me of her lack of judgment. As he actually said, we “can’t afford four more years of this.”
